The Service is offered under tiered subscription plans (currently Bronze, Silver, and Gold), each with different feature sets, appliance limits, and support levels. Current plan details and pricing are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.
New Subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period of fourteen (14) days. During the trial period, you will have access to the features of your selected plan. At the conclusion of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Failure to subscribe will result in suspension of access to the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice period.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties. You are responsible for paying all such taxes, excluding taxes based on our net income.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth herein or as required by applicable law. We may, at our sole discretion, provide credits or refunds in exceptional circumstances.
HoneyTrap Pro™ Appliances are sold separately from the Platform subscription. Appliance purchases are subject to separate terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase.
Each Appliance requires a valid license to operate and connect to the Platform. Appliance licenses are sold separately and may have different tiers (Basic, Professional, Enterprise) with varying feature sets.
Your subscription plan determines the maximum number of Appliances you may connect to the Platform. Exceeding your plan's appliance limit requires an upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
The Service is provided solely for legitimate cybersecurity monitoring and threat detection purposes within your organization and for your End Customers.
You agree not to, and will ensure that your Users and End Customers do not:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this Acceptable Use Policy, including without limitation, removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
You retain all ownership rights to data you upload, transmit, or generate through the Service ("Subscriber Data"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Subscriber Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Threat Data collected by Appliances and transmitted to the Platform may be used by us in anonymized and aggregated form for:
Your company identity will never be disclosed without your explicit consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without any obligation to you.
The Platform offers optional threat intelligence sharing features that allow anonymized threat data to be shared with other Platform participants.
Participation in threat sharing is optional and can be configured in your account settings. You may opt-in or opt-out at any time.
When threat data is shared, it is anonymized to remove identifying information about your organization and your End Customers. However, attacker IP addresses and attack signatures are shared as these are necessary for effective threat intelligence.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of shared threat intelligence. You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any security measures based on shared intelligence.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, user interfaces, designs, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Where permitted by your subscription plan, you may apply your branding to the customer-facing portions of the Service. Such white-labeling does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

THE COMPANY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Upon termination:
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written description of your claim to support@crosscountrycomm.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Hopkins County, Texas. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hopkins County, Texas.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
